Elizabeth L. Foran, 79, of Syracuse, passed away Wednesday, July 14, 2004. Elizabeth was born in Syracuse, the daughter of Olen B. and Mary Seeley.
She is survived by her husband of 39 years, Robert R. Foran; sons, William (Debra) Franz of Syracuse, Robert M. Foran of Brooklyn; two granddaughters, Jennifer and Jessica; two great-grandchildren, Alexandra and Thomas; and a brother Olen B. Seeley Jr.
Funeral services will be private. Interment in Woodlawn Cemetery, Syracuse. There will be no calling hours. Maurer Funeral Home, Liverpool has charge of arrangements.
