Mrs. Artis Harmon

Black River Falls – Mrs. Artis Harmon, 79, formerly of the Boscobel area, died Tuesday (May 30, 1972) at her home after an illness.

The former Carrie Seely was married to Jim Copus, who died in 1959. She then moved to Black River Falls and later was married to Artis Harmon. She was a member of the United Methodist Church.

Surviving are her husband; a sister, Mrs. Glennie Copus, Richland Center; three grandchildren; and eight great-grandchildren.

The funeral will be at 2 p.m. Friday in the church. Friends may call after 2 p.m. today at Torgerson’s Funeral Home and from 1 p.m. Friday until time of services at the church.
