Mrs. Ruby Jacks

Mrs. Ruby Jacks died Wednesday at 8:40 p.m. at the family home in Muncie, Kas., at the age of 75.

She was born in Troy, Kas., and taught school in that vicinity until her marriage to John M. Jacks, who preceded her in death on September 3, 1950.

Mrs. Jacks suffered a heart attack on September 10 and was brought to Sedalia where she was cared for by her son and daughter in law Mr. and Mrs. Ed Jacks. She recovered sufficiently to return to her home in December.

Surviving are five sons, Edward E. Jacks, route 3, Sedalia; Leonard Jacks and Horace Jacks of Muncie and Thomas and Robert Jacks of the family home. Eight grandchildren also survive.

Funeral services will be held at 1:30 p.m. at the Long mortuary, Kansas City, Kas., Saturday.

Burial will be in the family lot at Stoney Point cemetery in Muncie.
