Alta Kordick, 86, was born August 20, 1923 in Fontanelle, Iowa, the daughter of Gifford and Grace Seley. She passed away peacefully surrounded by her loving family Saturday, January 16, 2010. Cremation has occurred and graveside services will take place at 1 p.m. Tuesday, January 19, 2010 at Altoona Cemetery.
Alta is survived by her son, Steve Kordick; granddaughters, Heidi (Mario) Tiano and their son, Charlie, and Heather (Ryan) Gay and their children, Jayda and Tanner; sister, Treva Taylor and numerous nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her loving husband, Harold; three brothers and one sister.
