Douphin, Man – Mrs. Ruby Jean Moncrieff, daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Walter Seeley, died Friday in hospital at Millbank, Scotland, according to word received here by the parents. Besides her husband and parents, Mrs. Moncrieff is survived by four brothers and fice sisters, residing in Dauphin.
