Linda N. Parthemer

Linda N. (Seeley) Parthemer, 54, of Covington, died Thursday, Oct. 14, 2010, at Robert Packer Hospital, Sayre.

Linda was born Feb. 22, 1956, in Blossburg, a daughter of Elmer and Helen (Perry) Seeley, Sr. She was the wife of Roderick Parthemer.

Linda worked with her husband on their farm in Covington.

Linda is survived by her husband, Roderick; mother, Helen Seeley; two sons, Ike Bryant of Pennsylvania, Jay (Daisy) Kriner of Bloomsburg; two daughters, Loretta (Tom Lee, Jr.) Kriner of Covington, Kristine Bryant of Wisconsin; a nephew she raised, Michael Ribble of Covington; step-children, Rodrick (Sue) Parthemer, Jr. of Wellsboro, Keith (Donna) Parthemer of Hunt, N.Y., Dave (Debbie) Johnston of Mansfield, Donna West, Kenny (Tammy) Parthemer of Covington, Randy (Naomi) Parthemer, Troy Wood of Roseville, Harley Wood of Hunt, N.Y., Harvey (Bobby) Wood of Mansfield; five brothers and sisters-in-law, Elmer (Clara) Seeley, Jr. of Arnot, Eugene (Joyce) Seeley of Mainesburg, Timothy (Pam) Seeley of Antrim, Robert (Janet) Seeley of Elmira, N.Y., Donald (Judy Lee) Seeley of Gillett; three sisters and a brother-in-law, Donna (Keith) Parthemer of Hunt, N.Y., Bonnie Holmos of Blossburg, Sylvia Cook of Maine; several grandchildren, nieces and nephews.

Family and friends are invited to call on Monday, Oct. 18, from noon to 2 p.m. at the Jacquelyn A. Buckheit Funeral Chapel, Crematory and Monuments, PC, 637 S. Main St., Mansfield. Funeral services will follow the visitation at 2 p.m. at the funeral home with the Rev. Dean Edwards officiating. Burial will be in Salem-St. Paul Cemetery, Liberty.
