VERNAL, UTAH - Blanche Seeley Smith, age 90, of Vernal, passed away Nov. 18, 1999 at her home.
Funeral services will be held on Monday, November 22, 1999 at 11 a.m. in the Maeser 3rd Ward Chapel, 2275 North 1500 West. Family and friends may call on Sunday evening from 6-8 p.m. at the Hullinger-Jolley Funeral Home and on Monday from 10-10:45 a.m. at the Chapel. Interment will be in the Maeser-Fairview Cemetery under direction of the Hullinger-Jolley Funeral Home.
