Mrs. Ellen Winters of Bantam, Ct., died at the home of her son, Sidney Winters, in this town, last week Friday of apoplexy, at advanced age. She had only been in Pawling about three weeks or so previous to her death, and she leaves two sons and two daughters to mourn the loss of a mother. Her funeral was held Sunday, the officiating clergyman being Rev. Wm. H. Meldrum and the interment was in the Pawling cemetery.
