	Allan Seeley Allan Seeley March 25, 2003 Allan Seeley, 59, of Echo Valley Park, Trucksville, died Tuesday at home. Born in Wilkes-Barre, he was a son of the late Willard and Ruth (Herner) Seeley. He was a graduate of Meyers High School and was self-employed as a general contractor. He served with the Pennsylvania National Guard with the 109th Field Artillery, Wilkes-Barre, as a sergeant. Surviving are his daughter, Brenda Strutko, Carverton; a granddaughter; brothers, Butch, Pennsdale; Walter, Wilkes-Barre; sister, Elsie Harris, Wilkes-Barre. Funeral services will be at the family's convenience. There will be no calling hours. Memorial donations may be made to the American Heart Association. Arrangements are by the Richard H.
