Mrs. Beth Marie Willard Seeley, 43, died Wednesday at her home. Mrs. Seeley was the daughter of Weldon and Leon Willard. Besides her parents, surviving are her husband, Bryon Seeley; brothers, Grady Willard of Phoenix, AZ, and Stephen Willard of Pharsalia NY. Burial will be in Whitney Point, NY. Local arrangements are by Howerton-Bryan Funeral Home.
