Charles A. Seeley
Services will be private for Charles A. Seeley, 81, of Syracuse, who died Saturday at Community-General Hospital. Burial will be in Onondaga Valley Cemetery.
There are no calling hours.
Mr. Seeley retired as a planner for Niagara-Mohawk Power Corp. He was an Army veteran of World War II.
Surviving is a sister, Vera Graley.
Contributions may be made to Onondaga Valley Presbyterian Church.
Ballweg & Lundsford Funeral Home has charge of arrangements.
