SCHENECTADY – A service will be held for Miss Clara A. Seeley, 79, of Bradford Road, who died Friday at Ellis Hospital after a long illness.

Born in Scotia, Miss Seeley attended local schools.

A lifelong area resident, she was a domestic for many years before retiring in 1974.

Miss Seeley was past noble grand of the former Woodlawn Rebekah Lodge.

She was a member of Middlegrove Methodist Church.

Survivors include three sisters, Oneita Marks of Staten Island, Lois Seeley of Schenectady and Theo Morrow of Saratoga Springs.

The service will be at 11 a.m. Tuesday at the Griswold Funeral Home, 1867 State St.

Burial will be during the spring in Rock City Falls Cemetery.

Calling hours will be 7 to 9 p.m. Monday at the funeral home.

Contributions may be made to the Dialysis Unit of Ellis Hospital, 1101 Nott St., Schenectady, N.Y.
