H.A. "Slats" Seeley, 87, of Bellflower and Chino, died Nov. 9, 2010, at Chino Valley Medical Center in Chino.
He was born May 5, 1923, in Pasadena. He was a Pearl Harbor survivor and a retired IBEW electrician.
He is survived by his three children, Judy Billedeaux, Steve Seeley and Ruth Gougeon; grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
