OGDENSBURG – Services for Hilda Seeley, 75, of 421 Park St., who died Monday at the A. Barton Hepburn Hospital will be held at 9 a.m. Thursday at the Lalonde-Briggs Funeral Home and at 9:30 a.m. in Notre Dame Church. Burial will be Ogdensburg Cemetery.
