Mrs. Ivo Cecelia Rasmussen Seeley, 70, 1418-10th East, died of natural causes Dec. 12 at 10:15 a.m. in a Salt Lake hospital. Born Jan. 25, 1896, Castle Dale, Emery County, to John Rasmussen and Albertina Christensen. Married Azel W. Seeley, June 25, 1913, Castle Dale. Solemnized Salt Lake LDS Temple. He died March 10, 1965. Captain, Emerson Camp, Daughters of Utah Pioneers. Former president, LDS YWMIA, Primary. Survivors: sons, daughters, Ward A., Granger; Cloyd D., Bountiful; Capt. DeVon C., U.S.M.C., Meridian, Miss.; Mrs. Maxine Knoble, Salt Lake City; 17 grandchildren; great-grandchild; brother, Farrell J. Rasmussen, Roosevelt.
