JAMES LEROY SEELEY

James Leroy Seeley, 69, of Fletcher Hills died Monday. He was born in Council Bluffs, Iowa. Mr. Seeley was a civil servant. He was active in the Cepeda Bros. Martial Arts Studio, and earned a third-degree black belt in kempo karate.
Survivors include his daughters, Anne Seeley and Donna Manupella; son, James M. Seeley; brother, Ray Seeley; and four grandchildren.
Services: 1 p.m. tomorrow at the home of Robert Doud.
Arrangements: Neptune Society.
