John E. Seeley Found Dead At Troy Residence
John E. Seeley, 66, of 200 1st St. was found dead in bed this morning by his wife, Anna M. Seeley. He had been under the care of a physician for some time.
Dr. James V. Barrett pronounced the man dead and Coroner Anthony E. Matera gave a decision of death from natural causes. Detective Joseph P. Shields and Sgt John J. Noonan assisted the coroner.
A native of Troy, Mr. Seeley was the son of the late Frank and Margaret Richard Seeley. Survivors include his widow, the former Anna M. Castle; a daughter, Margaret Alice Seeley; a sister, Mrs. Viola Walther, all of Troy, and two brothers, Frank Seeley, also of Troy, and Charles E. Seeley, Petaluma, Calif.
The funeral will be held Monday at 2 p.m. from the Kerwin Bros. Funeral Home, 305 3rd St., with Rev. S. Edward Young, pastor of the First Presbyterian Church of Troy, officiating. Interment will be in Union Cemetery, Sand Lake.

Mr. Seeley’s Funeral
The funeral of John L. Seeley was held at 2 p.m. today from the Kerwin Bros. Funeral Home with Rev. S. Edward Young, pastor of the First Presbyterian Church, officiating, Relatives acted as bearers. Interment was in Union Cemetery, Sand Lake, where Mr. Young officiated at the grave.
