Manuel Elmer Seeley, 76, 850 Mimosa Trail, Oviedo, died Monday. Born in Leavenworth, Kan., he moved to Oviedo from Orlando in 1977. He was a retired resort owner and a Protestant. He was a U.S. Navy veteran of World War II. Survivors: daughters, Donna Patrick, Oviedo, Darlyne Roy, Winter Park; brother, Robert E., Leavenworth; six grandchildren; three great-grandchildren. Woodlawn Funeral Home, Orlando.
