Margaret Mary Seeley

Publication Margaret Mary Seeley of Grants Pass, formerly of Eugene, died April 11 of age-related causes. She was 77.

She was born July 22, 1924, in Indianapolis, Ind., and completed school there. She moved to Long Beach, Calif., where she met her husband, Edgar Seeley. They were married Dec. 6, 1950. He died in 1993.

She moved to Eugene in 1964 and worked for 23 years at Payless Northwest.

She was a 10 year volunteer for the Head Injury Foundation of Oregon. Her interests included gardening. Survivors include two sons, Brian and Scott, both of Eugene; a daughter, Susan Ward of Grants Pass; a sister, Anna Marie Fuller of Brooksville, Fla.; six grandchildren; and two great-grandchildren. A son, Grant, died in 1999.

No services were held. Southern Oregon Cremation Services, Grants Pass, was in charge of arrangements.
