SEELEY, MARTIN SCOTT 36, passed away July 3, 2004. Survived by son, Martin, Jr.; father Donald Seeley; and mother and step-father, Diana and Rex Forsberg. Visitation, Monday, July 12, 5-8 p.m., funeral service Tuesday, July 13, 12 noon, both at Chapel Hill Mortuary, Littleton.
