Rose M. Seeley

Rose M. (Gudac) Seeley, 86, of Lockport died Sunday, Jan. 6, 2002, at Sunny Hill Skilled Rehab Center in Joliet.

She was born in Joliet and was a lifelong resident of Lockport.

She is survived by her husband, Russell Seeley; her children, Ronald D. Seeley Sr. of Joliet and Charlene Vlahos of Crest Hill; five grandchildren, Mike (wife Dawn) Vlahos, Susan (husband Tim) Burton, Ron (wife Kim) Seeley Jr., Michael Seeley and Renee Seeley; 17 great-grandchildren; and several nieces, nephews and cousins.

She was preceded in death by her father, Joseph Gudac; her mother and stepfather, Antonia (Glad) and Frank J. Burich Sr.; three brothers, Joseph and Matthew Gudac and Frank J. Burich Jr.; and one sister, Mimi Tadey.

Funeral services were held Thursday, Jan. 10, at St. John Vianney Church in Lockport.

Interment was at Resurrection Cemetery in Romeoville.

In lieu of flowers, memorials may be directed to St. John Vianney Church, 401 Brassel St., Lockport.

O'Neil Funeral Home in Lockport handled arrangements.
