WADDINGTON – Services for Wanda Seeley, 88, of Fenton Street, who died Wednesday at her home, will be at 1:30 p.m. Saturday at Phillips Memorial Home here and at 2 p.m. in United Methodist Church of Waddington. Burial will be in Scotch Cemetery.
