Seely, Fidelia (Collins) died of tuberculosis at the home of her daughter, Mrs. Metta Hayes in Jefferson Twp, April 5, 1909. She was born in Steuben County, February 11, 1837. She married Lewis Seely October 22, 1856 and after living in LaGrange County one year, located on the farm in Jefferson Twp. Her husband died about 18 years ago. She is survived by one son, Charles of Jefferson Twp; 2 daughters, Mrs. A. C. Green of this city, Mrs. Louis Hayes of Jefferson Twp; 5 grandchildren; one brother, George Collins of Steuben County. Obsequies were held at the home of her daughter on last Wednesday. Burial, Osborne Cemetery.
