Phoebe Seely

SEELY – At 7 o’clock last evening at 119 First street, Mrs. Phoebe Seely, aged 81 years, 8 months.

She was the mother of Mrs. J.C. Palmer and had lived here about two years, having come here from Detroit, Michigan.
