ALVARADO _ Adam Joseph Seely died Monday, Dec. 6, 1999, at his home. He was three months old. Graveside service: 11 a.m. Friday in Mount Olivet Cemetery. Adam Joseph Seely was born Aug. 30, 1999, in Fort Worth. Survivors: Parents, Joseph and Angela Seely of Alvarado; twin sister, Allison Seely of Alvarado; grandparents, Carrol and Harriet Seely of Fort Worth; grandmother, Denise Malwitz of Las Vegas, Nev.; and grandfather, Brian Kaminski of Las Vegas.
