Delta Haslam Lewis Seely passed away peacefully at the Dixie Regional Medical Center in St. George, Utah on October 1, 1995.

Delta was born to John and Jane Lushman Haslam on January 26, 1918 in Lewiston, Utah. She graduated from North Cache High School. She married Ted Lewis February 2, 1938 in the Logan LDS Temple. He preceded her in death on April 23, 1969. She married Vernon Bunker on January 18, 1970; later divorced. She married Wilson Seely May 9, 1992.

She was an active member of the LDS Church as well as active in her community.

She is survived by her husband, Wilson Seely; six children, Sharon Sorenson (Jerry), Salt Lake; Don Lewis (Judy), Yuba City, Calif.; Patti Crisafi (Don), San Francisco, Calif.; Vicky Lewis (Rex), Modesto, Calif.; Linda Bergener (Ron), Katy, Texas; and Dr. Jeff Lewis (Marla), Las Vegas, Nev.; She has also enjoyed the love of 27 grandchildren and 14 great-grandchildren.

Funeral services will be held at the Morning Side Stake Center, 9th South and River Road, on Wednesday, October 4th, 11 a.m. Viewing at the chapel from 9:30-10:30 prior to services. Interment, Lewiston, Utah Cemetery.
