SEELY, JAMES "BUD," 77, of St. Petersburg, died Thursday (Aug. 15, 2002) at St. Anthony's Hospital. Born in Lansing, Mich., he came here in 1962 from Las Cruces, N.M. He was a retired insurance agent and an Army veteran of World War II. He was a member of St. Jude's Catholic Church. Survivors include his wife of 54 years, Florence; three sons, James, Seminole; Michael, St. Petersburg; and Jeffrey, Tampa; two daughters, Michelle Kilhafner, Marble Hill, Mo., and Judith Bates, St. Petersburg; a sister, Jean Rosatti, Kennesaw, Ga.; 14 grandchildren; and four great-grandchildren.
