FROSTPROOF – Mr. Maxwell Eugene Seely of Frostproof died Friday (Nov. 24, 2000) at home. He was 82.

Born in Bangor, Mich., on July 26, 1918m he came to Frostproof from there 12 years ago. He was a fruit farmer. He was a member of Florida-Coffinburg Masonic Lodge No. 309 F & A.M. He was a member of the Van Buren Sportsman Club. He was a ham radio operator and a member of the Black River Amateur Radio Club.

He is survived by his companion, Edith Hartman, Frostproof, and sister-in-law, Ruth Seely, Frostproof.

Memorial services will be at 2 p.m. Friday at Shore’s Funeral Home, 5 George St., Frostproof.
