SEELYE, GALIA E. 93, of Pensacola, formerly of St. Petersburg, died Sunday (April 12, 1998) at Pensacola Hospice Residence. Born in St. Petersburg, Russia, she came here in 1970 from Spencer, Mass., and was head of research for the Worchester (Mass.) Science Museum. She moved to Pensacola in February 1998. She was a graduate of Columbia University and was a 26-year member of Temple of the Living God, St. Petersburg. She was an avid orchid grower and studied metaphysics. Survivors include a so n, Nicholas, Pensacola; three grandchildren, Lynn, Susan and Nicholas Seelye Jr., and a great-granddaughter, Melissa Brooks, all of St. Petersburg. Cedar Hill Chapel, Pensacola.
