The Port de Grave War Memorial was constructed in 1951 in memory of those who served and paid the supreme sacrifice during World War I and World War II.

It was erected by the members of the Great War Veterans' Association, Port de Grave Branch, and the citizens of Port de Grave, Bareneed, and Otterbury.
