Cecil A. Seeley

Cecil A. Seeley, son of Mr. and Mrs. Elmer Ruhle, Yates avenue, and husband of the former Helen Frazier, is now serving overseas with the Navy. He completed boot training at Sampson and graduated from the Armed Guard School at Norfolk, Va. He was at the Army Guard center, Brooklyn, before being assigned to active duty. His wife and daughter, Gayle reside at 553 Main street.
