SEELEY, ROBERT E – Services will be held at Hillcrest Mortuary Chapel, Tuesday, July 23, at 1:00 p.m. for Robert Eugene Seeley, 77, who passed away, July 18. Rev. Eugene Overstreet, pastor of North Heights Baptist Church will officiate. Mr. Seeley was born in Oklahoma and was a State Inspector for the last 8 years for the water resources. He belonged to the State Retires Association. He is survived by his wife Beaulah, Bakersfield; 2 sons, Dale from Yuba City and David Seeley from Fallon, Nevada, 9 daughters, Roberta Meade from Florida, Barbara Dugan from Oildale; 1 brother, Carl Seeley from Walnut Creek; 2 sisters Dora Breuitkretz, San Moreno, CA; and Stella Boswell from Los Alamitos, CA; 13 grandchildren, 19 great-grandchildren. Inurnment will follow at Hillcrest Memorial Park.
