Charged That He Deserted Plaintiff and His Four Children
Judge Welch Friday granted a divorce to Sarah E. Seeley from her husband Martin V. Seeley, a well known rancher of this county, who lives on Primble road. The complaint was filed last August and in this document, the defendant is charged with infidelity. Besides this, it is charged that he deserted the plaintiff and filed to provide for the four children of the marriage.
Upon the trial it developed that the defendant and the co-respondent had an affinity for each other, to which the legal spouse made serious objection.
The Court ordered a decree of divorce on all the grounds asked for, and ordered the defendant to pay $50 per month for the support of his family, together with $100 as lawyers fees.
