Alice Edyth SEELY, 76, of Carmel, died yesterday at Community Hospital.

A native of Arcata, she had lived on Martin way in Carmel for the past seven years.

She was the widow of the late John S. SEELY who died in 1959. They were married in Arcata July 25, 1907.

Mrs. SEELY is survived by her daughter, Mrs. J. O. BALL of Washington,D.C., two sons, Fred SEELY of Pebble Beach and Paul SEELY of Modesto; two sisters, Mrs. Rae McLAREN of San Mateo and Mrs. George VON ALBENS; and seven grandchildren.

Services will be held Monday at 3:30pm in the Little Chapel-by-the-Sea with Rev. David Hill of the All Saints Episcopal Church of Carmel officiating.

Paul Mortuary is in charge of funeral arrangements.
