Homer Seely
Livingston -- Funeral services will be held Saturday at 10:30 a.m. in the Atwater Chapel of Ivers and Alcorn Funeral Home for Homer Seely, 71, who died in an Atwater hospital.
Vernon Boyd of Church of Christ in Livingston will conduct the service and burial will be in the Winton District Cemetery.
Born April 17, 1913, in Whitesboro, Texas, Mr. Seely, was a farm laborer for 55 years and worked for Arkelian Ranches.
Survivors include his wife, Ella Seely of Livingston; three sons, Jay Seely of Los Angeles, Gary Walker of Oregon, and Steve Walker of Livingston; six daughters, Winnona McCallum of Los Angeles, Errawanna Katzenbach and Barbara Wears, both of Oregon, and Angela Jordan, Mary Tate and Diane Silva, all of Livingston; two brothers, Oliver Ballard of Madera and Pete Seely of Oklahoma; a sister, Mary Arnold of Texas; 19 grandchildren and 12 great grandchildren.
