George Warren Seely, 78, of Modesto, died Sunday.

SERVICES: Graveside 11 a.m. Wednesday at Lakewood Memorial Park. Visitation 4 p.m. to 8 p.m. today at Lakewood Funeral Home Chapel.

BACKGROUND: Native of Oklahoma. Lived in Modesto since 1941. Bus driver for various employers. Member Local Teamsters Union and Independent order of Foresters.

SURVIVORS: Six children, John Seely and Douglas Seely, both of Vacaville; Delbert Seely of Ceres, David Seely of Salt Lake City, Utah, Wanda Martin of Georgia and Esther Castelons of Stockton. One brother, Roy Seely of Modesto. Four sisters, including Susie Monk and Martin Johnson, both of Modesto, and Genevee Carr of Turlock. Nineteen grandchildren and 16 great-grandchildren.
