Ruby E. Seeley

A memorial service will be at 10 a.m. Saturday, March 8, in Attrell's Sherwood Chapel for Ruby E. Seeley of Sherwood, who died March 4 at age 86.

Mrs. Seeley was born June 16, 1910, in Johnson City, Tenn. Her maiden name was Hamilton. She graduated from Riverside (Calif.) High School. She worked for Sierra Power Co. and Rouse's Department Store. She married John K. in 1939. They lived in San Diego, Carlsbad, Calif., and Lake San Marcos, Calif., before moving to Sherwood in 1977.

Survivors include her husband; daughter, Janet Louise Ward of Sherwood; brother, Spencer Hamilton of Rancho Santa Fe, Calif.; sister, Louise Neale of Riverside; and two grandchildren.

Interment will be in Gibbs Cemetery in Newberg. The family suggests remembrances to Lions Sight and Hearing Foundation, in care of the chapel.
