Florence Seeley Florence Seeley Dies in Valley; Was Ill Recently COQUILLE, May 6. – (Special) – Mrs. Florence Seeley, 69, until recently proprieter of a local grocery store, died at her home at 1 a.m. today. Her death was sudden, she apparently having rallied in recent weeks after a period of ill health. Mrs. Seeley is survived by four sons: Dr. John R. Seeley, Coos county health officer; Everett J. Seeley, baker and member of the Coquille city council; Mark W. Seeley, a teacher in eastern Oregon, and William Linus Seeley, Bandon High school instructor and athletic coach. A brother, Wilson Windle, lives in England. Mrs. Seeley, born in England Dec. 19, 1871, came to the United States 36 years ago, moving to Coquille in 1910. He husband died in 1919. The body is at the Gano Funeral home, where it will lie in state from noon until 9:30 p.m. Wednesday. The funeral will be at 2 p.m. Thursday at the Episcopal church, conducted by the Rev. Charles M.
