Lucile Jos SEELY

SEELY – Lucile J., 79, Rt. 3. Box 3035, Roseburg, died at a Roseburg hospital, Sept. 25, 1971. Born April 21, 1892, at Vancouver, Wash. Had lived in this area since 1932. Was a charter member of the Melrose Community Church. Her husband, Ernest G. Seely, preceded her in death in 1953. Survivors are 2 daughters, Mrs. Dorothy Godfrey and Mrs. Margaret White, both of Prince George, Canada, 2 sons, George M., Germany, Harry S., Vancouver, Wash,. 12 grandchildren, 12 great-grandchildren. Funeral services will be held Tuesday, Sept. 28, 10 a.m. at the Long & Shukle Memorial Chapel with Rev. LeRoy Jackson, officiating. Private interment will follow at the Melrose Cemetery. Contributions may be made to the American Cancer Society, these may be left at Long & Shukle.
