Raymond B. SEELY

OREGON CITY, Or., May 12. – (Special) – Raymond B. Seely, prominent dairyman of Clackamas county, died last night at his home at Wilsonville, after two weeks’ illness.

Mr. Seely was born at Wilsonville, September 28, 1899. Mr. Seely was graduated from the Oregon Agricultural college at Corvallis. Surviving are his widow, a son, Ward, a daughter, Marjorie of Wilsonsville; his mother, Mrs. Sarah Seely of Woodburn, four brothers, Bert, Blaine and Ralph Seely of Woodburn, and Charles Seely of Turner, Wash., and two sisters, Mrs. Oscar Larson of Woodburn and Mrs. Mable Brobst of Wilsonville.

Raymond C. (sic) Seely

OREGON CITY, Or., May 14. – (Special) – More than 400 persons today attended the funeral services for Raymond C. Seely, prominent Jersey breeder and farmer at Wilsonville. The services, held at the Methodist church, were conducted by Rev. Barbur, of Forest Grove, assisted by Henry Cross, an old-time friend of the family.

Many who were unable to gain entrance to the church, attended the last rites at Hood View cemetery, where interment took place in the family lot. Oddfellows lodge of Wilsonville, of which Mr. Seely was a member, conducted the burial services.
