SEELY – Tobin of Scappoose, son of Mr. and Mrs. Lyle Seely, brother of Scott, grandson of Harriet Ragan and Mr. and Mrs. Lyle Seely; several aunts, uncles and cousins. Services were held Friday in the Chapel of Peace of Hustad Funeral Home. Private committal.
