Wilbur Coe SEELY, Sr. Wilbur C. Seely (Smith Funeral Home) Wilbur C. Seely, 59, of the Roosevelt-Bickleton area, died Thursday at Seaside, Ore. Born at Six Prong, Wash., Mr. Seely moved to Roosevelt where he was educated. More recently he had been involved in an irrigation development at Roosevelt. Survivors include his wife, Mrs. Lorene Seely of Roosevelt; one son, Buzz Seely of Roosevelt; one daughter Mrs. Norman (Phyllis) Goree of Roosevelt; and five grandchildren. Seely, 59, a lifetime resident of the Roosevelt-Bickleton Community, who passed away early Thursday morning, July 26, at a motel in Seaside, Ore., where he and his wife were vacationing, will be held at 2 p.m. Monday, July 30, at the Bickleton Church. Burial will be in the Bickleton I.O.O.F. Cemetery under the direction of the Smith Funeral Home, Sunnyside. Mr. Seely was born at Six Prong, Wash. When he was very young, he, with his parents, moved to Roosevelt, where he attended elementary school, and graduated from Roosevelt High School. He, with his father, Coe Seely, were in partnership in sheep and cattle raising. On Feb. 9, 1936, he married Lorene Crider. Together they had lived at Roosevelt where they raised sheep and cattle and he was presently in partnership with his son, Buzz, in an irrigation development at Roosevelt. He is survived by his wife, Lorene Seely of Roosevelt; one son, Buzz Seely of Roosevelt; one daughter, Mrs. Norman (Phyllis) Goree of Roosevelt; five grandchildren. SEELY Wilbur Seely, 59, a lifetime resident of Roosevelt, died Thursday, July 26, 1973 at a motel in Seaside, Or. where he and his wife were vacationing. He was born at Sixprong, Wa. When he was a youngster his parents moved to Roosevelt where he attended school. He and his father, Coe Seely, were partners in raising sheep and cattle. In 1936 he married Lorene Crider. They have lived at Roosevelt where they also raised sheep and cattle. Currently he was in partnership with his son Buzz in an irrigation development. He is survived by his widow Lorene, son Buzz, and a daughter Mrs. Norman (Phyllis) Goree and five grandchildren, all of Roosevelt. Services were held Monday, July 30 at Bickleton Church under the direction of Smith Funeral Home of Sunnyside. Burial was at the Bickleton IOOF Cemetery.
