WOODBURN – Rosary will be at 7:30 p.m. Sunday at Cornwell mortuary, and Mass at 10:30 a.m. Monday in St. Luke Catholic Church, for Delbert L. Seely, 74, of 1940 S. Boones Ferry Road, who died Thursday.

Interment will be in Belle Passi Mausoleum.

He was born in Monitor and lived in Woodburn all his life. He was a member of St. Luke Catholic Church.

Survivors include his wife, Mary; son, Marly, Portland; daughter, Delene Kempton, Portland; and sister, Violet Winegardner, Seaside.
