Funeral Services Set For Area Resident

Mrs. Elsie M. Seely

Funeral services for Mrs. Elsie M. (Thomas L.) Seely, 66, longtime Monitor area resident who died last Friday at Silverston hospital after a short illness, were conducted Monday afternoon at Ringo-Cornwell Funeral Chapel. Interment was at Belle Passi cemetery.

Mrs. Seely was born at Lincoln, Neb., May 24, 1894, and came to Oregon as a child. She married Thomas L. Seely at Woodburn November 29, 1911, and they farmed many years in the Monitor community.

Survivors in addition to the widower include two sons; Wilbur Seely of Woodburn and Leonard Seely of Molalla; two brothers, Carl Pazina of Molalla and Joseph Pazina of Portland; a sister, Mrs. Anna McClure of Portland; and two grandchildren.
