Frank L. Seely The body of Frank L. Seely, 17, welder, who was electrocuted Saturday noon at Oregon shipyard, when he touched a live wire in a welding machine, will be forwarded to Rapid City, S.D., where services will be held. St. Johns Funeral home has charge of local arrangements. He had lived in Portland four months. He is survived by his parents, Mr. And Mrs. Frank L. Seely, 9033 N. Milne street, and a sister.
