George B. SEELY Last Rites are Paid to Pioneer Resident Wilsonville, Nov 2-The funeral of George B. Seeley was held from the M.E. Church in Wilsonville last Thursday, attended by one of the largest gatherings ever assembled upon a similar sad occasion. Rev. J.M. Barber of Forest Grove, a lifelong friend of the deceased, conducted the service, speaking quite feelingly of the friendship and acquaintance and of the life lived by Mr. Seeley in this community since early manhood. Appropriate music was furnished by a choir comprising Mr. and Mrs. Will Barber, Albert Camehl, Sherman Seeley and Mrs. J.M. Barber, and a duet was sung by Mr. and Mrs. Barber, Mrs. Frank Brobst presiding at the piano. The floral offerings were many and very beautiful. Internment was made in the Pleasant Hill Cemetery, the pallbearers being old time friends and neighbors, M.C Young, A.D Clutter, Herman Krause, George Murray, A.W Camehl, and Gunt Jaeger.
