Helen Christine Smith Seely

SEELY, Helen Christine Smith – Age 77 born June 29, 1914 in Detroit, Michigan, passed away February 1, 1991 at her home in Roseburg after a long illness. She married Hall Seely, M.D. in Oakland, California, who preceded her in death in 1979. Survivors include her son, John Cary Seely of Roseburg, sisters, Dorothy Fitzgerald of Roseburg, Ruth Walker of Mount Pleasant, Michigan, brothers Don Smith, M.D. and Lester Smith, both of Davisburg, Michigan and a stepson, Hall Seely, Jr. of Newport Beach, California. At her request there will be no memorial service. In lieu of flowers contributions may be made in Mrs. Seely’s memory to Mercy Hospice, 2700 Stewart Parkway, Roseburg. Private cremation rites have been held. Long Shukle Memorial Chapel is in charge of arrangements.
