Helena S. SEELYE

In accordance with her request, there will not be a funeral service for Helena S. Seelye, 72, of 124 N.W. 7th St.

Mrs. Seelye died Wednesday in Good Samaritan Hospital.

She was the widow of Frank D. Seelye, former dean of the School of Business at Idaho State University, Pocatello, Idaho.

A native of New York, Mrs. Seelye was born May 21, 1906. She and her husband came to Corvallis in 1968. In 1970 they moved to Tigard.

Mr. Seelye died in 1973, and in 1975 Mrs. Seelye returned to Corvallis to live.

For many years, Mrs. Seelye tutored students in the area.

Friends who wish may make memorials to the Benton County Foundation. These may be sent to McHenry Funeral Home, 206 N.W. 5th St.
