Frank D. Seelye

TIGARD, Ore. – Frank D. Seelye, 70, former dean of the College of Business at Idaho State University and professor in human relations, died Dec. 18 at Meridian Park Hospital, Tualatin, Ore.

He was born Jan. 13, 1903 at Preston, Minn., and had lived at 196735 S.W. King Charles in King City, Ore., after leaving ISU in 1968.

He is survived by his widow, Helena S. Seelye.

Private funeral rites were conducted Dec. 20 at Young’s Funeral Home in Tigard, and his ashes were scattered over the Pacific Ocean.
