Sheila Seeley Becomes Bride OGDENSBURG – Miss Sheila Seeley, daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Vern Seeley, 421 Park St., became the bride of Donald D. Soper, son of Mr. and Mrs. Glydon Soper of Morristown, at the first Baptist Church in Ogdensburg. Miss Elaine Spooner was maid of honor and Barbara Fitzgerald Irene Mezey, Shirley Soper, Shirley Fishbeck were bridesmaids. Mary Gore was flower girl. William Soper, brother of the groom was best man and ushers were Meryle Seeley, Arthur Turner, Ellis Fishbeck and Roderick Soper. A reception was held at the Franco-American Club.
